Skyline waltzed into their game on Saturday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Ash Grove Pirates. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-0 two weeks ago.

Skyline pushed their record up to 31-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Ash Grove, their loss dropped their record down to 9-14.

Looking ahead, Skyline will venture away from home to square off against Fair Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Tigers' hitters will have their work cut out for them. Ash Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
