Softball Recap: Cypress Ridge Rams vs. Northbrook Raiders
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cypress Creek, Cypress Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Northbrook Raiders as the Cypress Ridge Rams made off with a 7-1 win. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Raiders recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.
Ariel Arambula was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. Arambula was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, five RBI, and one triple. That triple marked the first that she hit this season.
