Basketball Recap: Walter Panas Takes a Loss

Walter Panas was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 59-36 to the John Jay Wolves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 59-41 back in January.

Walter Panas' loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for John Jay, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-12 record this season.

Walter Panas has already played their next contest, a 50-28 defeat against Lakeland on the 7th. As for John Jay, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 65-58 victory against Midwood on the 5th.
