Football Recap: East Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

East Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 27-21 heartbreaker at the hands of the Wayne County War EaglesLady War Eagles. The contest was a 14-14 toss-up at halftime, but the Hornets couldn't quite close it out.

Although East Central took the loss, they still got scores from Hayden Fowler, Adrian Marsalis, and Bryson Smith.

East Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Wayne County, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-6.
