Football Recap: Lassiter Skates Past Riverwood with Ease + How To Watch

Lassiter's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They blew past the Riverwood Raiders, posting a 30-0 win. Considering the Trojans have won four games by more than 26 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Mitch Seaman continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, throwing for 303 yards and two touchdowns while completing 78.1% of his passes, and also rushing for 41 yards and one TD. Those 303 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Collins Price was Seaman's top target, picking up 154 receiving yards.

Lassiter's record is now 5-3. As for Riverwood, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Lassiter and Riverwood will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Trojans see the field they'll take on Sprayberry at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th. As for Riverwood, their break will end when they face Woodstock at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th.
