Baseball Recap: Woodland Hills Takes a Loss

Woodland Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 10-0 to the Hempfield Area Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Monday.

Woodland Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Hempfield Area, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-11.

While Woodland Hills had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
