Volleyball Recap: Groton-Dunstable's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road + How To Watch

Groton-Dunstable's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Hudson Hawks by a score of 3-1. The game was the first time the Crusaders have beaten the Hawks on their court since September 8, 2021.

Groton-Dunstable walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 9-25, 25-17, 25-19.

Molly Daigle paced Groton-Dunstable's offense, picking up six kills. Daigle got some help from Ella Barske and her 19 assists. Bridget Houle controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Groton-Dunstable's win ended a five-match drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-4. As for Hudson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

Looking ahead, Groton-Dunstable will be playing in front of their home fans against Greater Lowell Tech at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hudson, they have already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Wachusett Regional on the 1st.
