Basketball Recap: Eau Claire Comes Up Short at Home Against Hunter-Kinard-Tyler

Eau Claire unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a 49-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hunter-Kinard-Tyler Trojans on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Kaleb Hunt was a one-man wrecking crew For Hunter-Kinard-Tyler. as he dropped a double-double with 12 points and 14 boards. Another player making a difference was Jasir Robinson, who posted eight points.

Coming up, Eau Claire won't have much time to rest: their next game is against American Leadership Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
