Ganesha had won eight straight at home dating back to last season, but  on Friday they bumped up to 7-2 to make it nine. They took their  game  with ease, bagging  a  50-12 win over the Bassett Olympians. Considering the Giants have won seven contests by more than 26  points this season, Friday's  blowout was nothing new.
  Shamon Farley had another great game (as  he tends to do), rushing for 110 yards and one  score on only six carries. That's the most  rushing yards  he has posted since back in August.  Henry Rodriguez was another key player, picking up 40 receiving yards and one  TD.
As for Bassett, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3-1. They haven't had much luck with Ganesha recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.
 Although Bassett took the loss, they still got scores from  Issac Vargas and  Brandon Figueroa.
 Ganesha has already played their next matchup,  a  56-7  victory against Duarte on the 30th. As for Bassett, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  a  28-24  win against Garey on the 30th.
