McNary entered their tilt with Franklin on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They skirted past the Quakers 3-1. That's two games straight that the Celtics have won by exactly two runs.

Lucas Allen spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on one hit and racked up nine Ks.

On the hitting side, McNary's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Kaden Leduc, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

McNary picked up their first home victory, bumping their record up to 3-6. As for Franklin, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. McNary will square off against Clackamas at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Franklin, they will face off against Oregon City at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
