It's playoff time, and The Woodlands Christian Academy had no trouble coming through when it counted. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Providence Catholic Provets an 11-0 shutout on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 16 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

The Woodlands Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for Providence Catholic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14-2 record this season.
