Basketball Preview: Erie Tigers vs. Boulder Panthers
The Erie Tigers and the Boulder Panthers will face off at 6:30 p.m. on February 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
On Saturday, Erie came up short against the Knights and fell 54-41.
Meanwhile, Boulder's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fifth straight loss. They took a hard 71-52 fall against Monarch. Boulder has not had much luck with the Coyotes recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Erie dropped their record down to 9-9 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Boulder, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.
Things could have been worse for Erie, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 57-39 loss to the Panthers when the teams last played back in February of 2023.
