Volleyball Recap: Orono Comes Up Short

Orono came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Academy of Holy Angels Stars. The Spartans have struggled against the Stars recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Orono now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Academy of Holy Angels, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Orono will welcome Chanhassen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Academy of Holy Angels, they will face off against Woodbury at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
