Buford waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Mountain View Bears with a sharp 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Wolves, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Buford took every set by at least 16 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-5, 25-8.

Clara Briley paced Buford's offense, picking up eight kills. Briley got some help from Olivia Hayden and her 22 assists. Macie Arrington controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Buford's victory bumped their record up to 24-3. As for Mountain View, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-26.

Buford has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Norcross on the 2nd. As for Mountain View, they will host Dacula at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
