Westbrook-Walnut Grove won the last time they faced Pipestone and things went their way on Thursday too. The Chargers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Arrows. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chargers.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19, 25-12.

Carlie Ross paced Westbrook-Walnut Grove's offense, picking up ten kills. Ross got some help from Hadley Jenniges and her 18 assists. Sydney Foster controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Westbrook-Walnut Grove's win bumped their record up to 17-8-2. As for Pipestone, their loss ended a six-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Westbrook-Walnut Grove will head out to challenge Southwest Minnesota Christian at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Pipestone, they will venture away from home to face off against Heron Lake-Okabena/Fulda at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
