Holy Trinity kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They wound up on the wrong side of a rough 25-5 walloping at the hands of the Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park Hawks. Holy Trinity was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2019.

For Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park's part, Alyssa Lopez was a standout: she scored four runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. Martha Romero was another key contributor, going 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, and two runs.
