Softball Recap: Clarendon Takes a Loss

Clarendon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Augusta Red Devils, falling 21-5. On the bright side, the five- run performance marked the Lions' highest-scoring matchup to date.

Clarendon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Augusta, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Red Devils beat Clarendon by a score of 21-6 later that day.
