Brock had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They had just enough and edged out the Nocona Indians 3-2 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Brock was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-19, 22-25, 25-10, 15-12.

Looking ahead, Brock will host North Central Texas Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. Nocona has already played their next match (against Whitesboro), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
