Football Recap: Gilchrist Comes Up Short

Gilchrist was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 38-27 to the North Lake Cowboys. The Grizzlies lost against the Cowboys in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 67-0 score last time.

Gilchrist's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for North Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Gilchrist nor North Lake have any future games scheduled.
