Basketball Game Preview: Long Trail vs. Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave

St. Joseph Academy Green Wave at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Long Trail's defense has only allowed 27.9 points per game this season, so Mt. St. Joseph Academy's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Last Saturday, Long Trail made easy work of Twin Valley and carried off a 47-26 victory. Long Trail has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Mt. St. Joseph Academy slipped by Arlington Memorial 32-31 on Friday.

Mt. St. Joseph Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.3 points over those games. Long Trail's win bumped their record up to 16-3.
