Pine Tree's game on Thursday was all tied up 21-21 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 35-28 win over the Chapel Hill Bulldogs. Winning may never get old, but the Pirates sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Another player making a difference was Lemuel Stinson, who rushed for 178 yards and one touchdown while picking up 9.4 yards per carry.

Pine Tree's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Chapel Hill, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-4.
