Softball Recap: Timber Creek Takes a Loss

Timber Creek lost against Keller back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Falcons fell just short of the Indians by a score of 5-4.

Addy McFarland made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Cameron Stuhr, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Timber Creek's loss dropped their record down to 16-11. As for Keller, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6-1 record this season.

Coincidentally, Timber Creek and Keller will both be playing V.R. Eaton the next time they take the field. The Falcons will host the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Indians will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
