Volleyball Recap: Staunton River Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Staunton River lost against Lord Botetourt back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles lost 3-0 to the Cavaliers. The Golden Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Staunton River's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Lord Botetourt, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-7.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Staunton River will challenge rival Franklin County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Lord Botetourt is set to face off against their familiar foe William Byrd at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
