Football Recap: North Miami Takes a Loss

North Miami was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 46-6 defeat at the hands of the Miramar Patriots. The matchup marked the Pioneers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

North Miami's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Miramar, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. North Miami will challenge Everglades at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pioneers will be up against the Gators' rather soft defense (which has allowed 37.17 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Miramar, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on West Broward at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th.
