Westhill had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Skaneateles Lakers. The victory was familiar territory for the Warriors, who have now won eight matches in a row dating back to last season.

The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-12, 24-26, 25-12.

After both having extra time off, Westhill and Homer will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The game will give the Warriors their first taste of in-conference action this season. Skaneateles has already played their next contest (against Central Square), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
