Volleyball Recap: King City Takes a Loss + How To Watch

King City was the 3-0 winner over Pacific Grove when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs came up short against the Breakers on Monday, falling 3-0. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

King City was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Pacific Grove work for it, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18, 26-24.

King City now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Pacific Grove, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-4.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. King City is set to take on their familiar foe Palma at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Pacific Grove will square off against rival Salinas at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
