Recap: Fulton Jaguars vs. Vaughn White Tigers

The Fulton Jaguars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They fell 67-58 to Vaughn. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.

It was another big night for Andrew Gonzalez, who scored 26 points along with six steals for Vaughn. Gonzalez has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last eight times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaleb Cano, who scored nine points along with five rebounds and two steals.

Fulton's loss was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-12. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 21.4 points per game. As for Vaughn, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 1-18.

Coincidentally, Fulton and Vaughn will both be playing Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences the next time they take the court. Vaughn will head out to face Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while Fulton will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
