Baseball Recap: Muir Takes a Loss

Muir was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 6-1 to the Arcadia Apaches. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Apaches this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-0 last Tuesday.

Muir saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Fletcher Paddock, who scored a run while going 3-for-3. That's the most hits Paddock has posted since back in February of 2024.

Muir's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Arcadia, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Muir will host Burbank at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Arcadia, they will welcome Pasadena at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.
