Jefferson has gone a perfect 10-0 against East Troy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eagles will welcome the Trojans at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Jefferson has four straight wins, East Troy has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Wednesday, Jefferson was able to grind out a solid victory over Lake Mills, taking the game 10-6.

Nevaeh Milbrath was incredible, going 2-for-5 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Audrina Schroeder, who got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Jefferson kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in three consecutive games.

Meanwhile, East Troy came up short against Monroe on Tuesday and fell 5-2.

East Troy's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Jefferson, their win bumped their record up to 15-7.

Everything went Jefferson's way against East Troy when the teams last played on Monday, as Jefferson made off with a 10-0 victory. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Trojans turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
