Basketball Game Preview: Cumberland Academy Knights vs. Gilmer Buckeyes

The Cumberland Academy Knights will face off against the Gilmer Buckeyes at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cumberland Academy is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Cumberland Academy lost to Carthage on the road by a 67-50 margin.

Meanwhile, Gilmer didn't have quite enough to beat Chapel Hill on Friday and fell 68-66. The Buckeyes have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Gilmer's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Cumberland Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-18.
