Football Game Recap: Gaylord vs. Petoskey

Petoskey fell to Gaylord 7-24 the last time the two teams met; this time around, they exacted some revenge. Petoskey won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Gaylord 22-21. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.

The victory bumped Petoskey's record up to 4-3. The loss dropped Gaylord's record to 5-2.

Next week Petoskey take on Alpena at 7:00 PM. As for Gaylord, they will face off against Traverse City West. Traverse City West are cruising in on a four-game winning streak.
