Basketball Recap: Grayson County Continues Road Dominance on Friday

After losing to Hancock County the last time they met, Grayson County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Grayson County Cougars were the clear victor by a 59-35 margin over the Hancock County Hornets on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Grayson County's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-5-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.2 points over those games. As for Hancock County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-16 record this season.
