After flying high against Vernon last Tuesday, Cottondale came back down to earth. The Cottondale Hornets came up short against the Marianna Bulldogs on Thursday, falling 89-65. Cottondale will take on Malone at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Cottondale's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games. Marianna has already played their next contest, a 76-70 defeat against Maclay on the 1st.
