The Heritage Huskies will head out to challenge the Vance County Vipers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Heritage will be strutting in after a win while Vance County will be coming in after a loss.
Heritage took a loss when they played away from home last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Franklinton, sneaking past 23-20. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Huskies as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Heritage's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Xavier Williams, who threw for 164 yards and a pair of TDs.
