Volleyball Recap: Fairview Beats Seneca for Their Third Straight Win

Fairview entered their tilt with Seneca on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bobcats. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bobcats, too.

Fairview got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16, 40-42, 25-22.

Sarah Adams paced Fairview's offense, picking up 14 kills. Adams got some help from Gaelie Hynes and her 43 assists. Avery Willow and Gianna Campoli kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Fairview's win bumped their record up to 12-6. As for Seneca, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11-3 record this season.

Fairview will venture away from home to square off against Cochranton at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Seneca, they will welcome Conneaut at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
