South kept up with Midview until halftime on Saturday, but afterwards: not so much. The Middies blew past the Rebels 5-1. It was an even better day for Anthony Smink Loera as he scored three goals for his team.

With the victory, Midview broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 7-9-1. As for South, they dropped their record down to 6-9-2 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
