Lena came tearing into Thursday's matchup with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They claimed a resounding 69-8 win over the Wausaukee Rangers. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 77th, while the Rangers are ranked 460th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
