For the first time this season, Berean Christian will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. After both having extra time off, they and the Concord Bears will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Berean Christian's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Concord has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.

Berean Christian was handed a nine-run loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene last Tuesday. They skirted past Piedmont 3-1. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Highlanders recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Audrey Longtin spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on one hit and racked up 13 Ks.

At the plate, Olivia Kundysek was excellent, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI.
