Basketball Recap: Plymouth Takes a Loss

Plymouth lost a heartbreaker to Brighton when they met back in January of 2024, and they left with a heavy heart again on Friday. The Plymouth Wildcats were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 52-51 to the Brighton Bulldogs. The loss continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost nine in a row.

Plymouth now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Brighton, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Plymouth will challenge Northville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brighton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Salem at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
