Football Recap: Aquinas Skates Past Black River Falls with Ease

Aquinas had won seven straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Friday they bumped up to 6-0 to make it eight. They breezed past the Black River Falls Tigers to the tune of 50-22. Fans of the Blugolds have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

As for Black River Falls, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5. They haven't had much luck with Aquinas recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Despite the loss, Black River Falls still got an impressive performance from Grady Meek, who rushed for 125 yards on only 15 carries.
