Volleyball Game Preview: The Covenant School Eagles vs. Collegiate Cougars

The Covenant School took a loss when they played away from home last Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Saint Gertrude with a sharp 3-0 win.

One reason for the win was The Covenant School's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-17, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Collegiate came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Saints.

While Collegiate won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-15, 25-20.
