Soccer Recap: Wareham Takes a Loss

Wareham lost against Holbrook back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs. While losing is never fun, Wareham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 116th, while Holbrook are ranked 26th).

Wareham's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-2. As for Holbrook, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wareham will face off against Westport at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holbrook, they will challenge Avon at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
