The New London Whalers's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Griswold Wolverines at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. New London's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
New London is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Killingly on Thursday. New London and Killingly finished up their match with a 1-1 draw.
Meanwhile, Griswold sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over Wheeler on Saturday. Even though the Wolverines got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Cortland Ruggerio was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.

Brayden Weidner scored both of Griswold's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.
With that draw, New London's record moves to 2-2-1. As for Griswold, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.
