Moody waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Lincoln Golden Bears 48-6. Considering the Blue Devils have won six matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Moody got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kevin James out in front who rushed for 47 yards and two TDs. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Lowery, who threw for 132 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes.

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Moody proved: they limited Lincoln to a paltry 2.9 yards per carry. The team can thank Jagger Ludolf for the heroic effort on defense: he. Moody didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 9.1.

Moody's defense didn't let the opposing QB, get away unscathed either: they got into the backfield for four sacks. The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Moody will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Corner at 7:00 p.m. on November 7. As for Lincoln, they are taking a road trip to take on Etowah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Golden Bears will be up against the Blue Devils' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.78 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
