After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Boiling Springs, Gettysburg was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils 3-2. The win was some much needed relief for Gettysburg as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.
The victory got Gettysburg back to even at 6-6. As for Greencastle-Antrim, their defeat ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-9.
