South Fulton is a perfect 10-0 against Greenfield since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Red Devils will challenge the Yellowjackets at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for South Fulton and ten for Greenfield dating back to last season.

Things were looking good for South Fulton after they put the first run on the board on Monday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell just short of Gleason by a score of 12-10. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Red Devils have suffered against the Bulldogs since April 20, 2021.

Alli McFarland made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabi Long, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Greenfield's offense. They came up short against Gleason on Tuesday, falling 11-0.

South Fulton's loss dropped their record down to 6-12-1. As for Greenfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.

South Fulton took their victory against Greenfield in their previous meeting on April 1st by a conclusive 17-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Devils since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
