The Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros won the last time they faced the Magnolia Sentinels, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Rancho Alamitos took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 80-49 win over Magnolia. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Rancho Alamitos.
Rancho Alamitos got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Osvaldo Ramos out in front who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 10 rebounds. Ramos is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Luis Rico, who scored 18 points.
Rancho Alamitos has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-6 record this season. As for Magnolia, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rancho Alamitos' road trip will continue as they head out to face Oxford Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 8th. As for Magnolia, they will take on Estancia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The timing is sure in Estancia's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Magnolia has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.
