Abington Heights won the last time they faced Wallenpaupack Area and Jayden Anglin did his part to make sure it happened again. When it comes to explaining why Wallenpaupack Area lost, don't look at Ed Kiesendahl. Despite the final result, he rushed for 142 yards and a pair of scores. Kiesendahl has become a key player for the Buckhorns: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 0-4 otherwise.

The win made it two in a row for Abington Heights and bumps their season record up to 6-2. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 29 points in those games. As for Wallenpaupack Area, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
