Basketball Game Preview: West Henderson Falcons vs. Tuscola Mountaineers

West Henderson has gone a perfect 10-0 against Tuscola recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The West Henderson Falcons will be playing at home against the Tuscola Mountaineers at 6:30 p.m. West Henderson is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.3 points per game this season.

Last Tuesday, West Henderson didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Tuscola, but they still walked away with a 56-50 win.

West Henderson can attribute much of their success to Nyla Carroll, who went 7-for-15 on her way to 18 points and three steals. The dominant performance also gave Carroll a new career-high in blocks (two). Another player making a difference was Allison Justus, who posted 11 points and three steals.

West Henderson smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in ten consecutive games.

Tuscola is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-12. As for West Henderson, their victory bumped their record up to 13-11.
