Basketball Game Preview: Legacy Leopards vs. Cooper Cougars

The Legacy Leopards will face off against the Cooper Cougars at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Tuesday, Legacy came up short against Memorial and fell 37-26. The Leopards have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Cooper didn't have quite enough to beat Memorial on Friday and fell 38-36.

Cooper's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Legacy, their loss dropped their record down to 6-17.

Legacy strolled past Cooper in their previous meeting back in February of 2025 by a score of 54-35. Will the Leopards repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
